Parts that cannot be bought off amazon

• A small computer that's capable of running windows 10. I use a Dell Optiplex 790 core i5 small form factor that I bought off Ebay for something like $70 shipped, it works like a charm. I use it to read schematics, write notes, watch Netflix and run my EPROM burners. It's small and mounted on the shelf above my test bench. See image below
• HP 10529A logic comparator - commonly available on Ebay
• Fluke 9010A - good luck finding one, but if you can get it and some pods for the CPUs you plan on working on (6502 and z80 are the most common 1980s game platforms)
• A good light source! any light will do as long as it's powerful enough to illuminate your work area
